Genshai Movement and Breath Yoga Series with the Elements

In this Genshai movement and breath practice, you will be guided through simple movements and breathing patterns to loosen up the body, clear the mind, and connect to your omnipresent self. Individually each practice relates to one of the five elements including earth, water, fire, wind, and spirit. Genshai means to never treat anyone in a manner that would make them feel small, including yourself. As you cultivate Genshai through the five elements, movement, and breath you will then have to opportunity to truly BE connected mind, body, heart, and spirit.
